This website is provided by Johnson Construction and Remodeling, Inc. for information about our work. Photographs show Johnson projects; homeowners’ names and addresses are left off. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote or a contract. Scope, pricing and schedule are set with Mike in a private consultation and written into a signed agreement.
Text messaging program
Program name: Johnson Construction and Remodeling, Inc. text messages. Who may sign up: adults 18 or older who tick the optional text-message box on one of our forms and give their own mobile number.
What we send: replies and scheduling for people who enquire about a project, and, for referral partners who opted in, the one-page sheet, availability and project updates. We send no purchased, rented or scraped lists. We do not text anyone who has not ticked the box.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or call (954) 548-4233 or email mjohnson@johnsoncr.com. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Use of the site
Use it lawfully. Do not copy our photographs or text without asking. We may change or remove content at any time.
No warranty, limited liability
The site and its content are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Johnson Construction and Remodeling, Inc. is not liable for losses from using the site. These terms do not limit anything the law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
