Who we are
Johnson Construction and Remodeling, Inc. is a general contractor in southeast Fort Lauderdale, Florida. You can reach us at (954) 548-4233 or mjohnson@johnsoncr.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email address, mobile number if you give one, the property location, where you are in the process, your project description, and whether you ticked the optional text-message box. We also keep the page you used and the time you submitted, as a record of your choice.
This site has no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. Our website host keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, browser and page requested) for security and reliability.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, schedule a consultation, and follow up with you about your project. If you are a realtor, architect or designer who asked for Mike’s sheet or availability, to send you that. We do not sell your information.
Text messages
We send text messages only to people who ticked the text-message box on one of our forms. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is never a condition of getting a callback or any service, and you can always call us instead. The exact consent wording is on the text messaging page.
No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS opt-in consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who else sees it
Your submission passes through the services that run this site and deliver it to us: our website host and the messaging or email tools that notify Mike. They handle it only to deliver it to us. We do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to follow up on your project and to keep a record of text-message consent, then delete them. Ask us sooner and we will delete yours.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop texting you, by emailing mjohnson@johnsoncr.com or calling (954) 548-4233. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is for adults 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes we will post the new date at the top of this page.
