Field supervision can have a major impact on direct construction cost. This is why our supervisors are good at what they do with knowledge and understanding of the complete technical construction process, possess excellent communication skills and understand the conceptual intent of the project in order to properly interpret the contract documents.
On-site representation is responsible for coordination of project team members, consultants, subcontractors, plans and specifications with field issues to ensure the project is built according to intent and in conformance with national and local codes.
Evaluation of the condition of building systems and components, common areas, environmental and handicap conditions for the purpose of renovation, rehabilitation or bringing the building up to code and providing cost estimates to complete work.
